Description:
This is an educational webinar to inform job applicants and employees about their rights under Equal Pay and Opportunities Act, which prohibits gender pay discrimination and promotes fairness among workers by addressing business practices that contribute to income disparities between genders.
The webinar will be a 60-minute presentation by the Equal Pay Agents from L&I’s Employment Standards program, which includes the opportunity to ask questions during the presentation.
