Nessley Care is currently hiring for multiple positions as Community Choice Guide (Housing Specialist) / Supportive Employment Specialist. In this role, you’ll manage a client caseload, coordinate housing placements, provide direct support in the community, and help clients pursue jobs, volunteer work, or retraining opportunities. If you enjoy fieldwork, problem‑solving, and making a real impact in people’s lives, this is a great fit.

Key Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sociology or related field OR equivalent experience
• At least 2 years Independent Living Services, or 4 years individuals with disabilities
• Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, Windows, and PDF applications
• Must have a personal computer, quiet workspace, and reliable transportation
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Clean driving record and ability to travel across counties
• Comfortable with approximately 25% community-based work

Starting Salary $25.00-$26.00 per hour
